STAR OF POSSIBILITIES
Know What You Truly Want
Practice — Clarify the Wish · 4–5 minutes
Look at the light in the center of the mandala.
Bring one wish to mind.

For a moment, put aside the question:
“How will I get it?”

Instead ask:
“What do I really want?”

Notice your first answer.

Then go one level deeper:
“And what would this give me?”
P
erhaps freedom.
Connection.
Recognition.
Safety.
Creativity.
Joy.
Peace.
Growth.

Ask yourself once more:
“Is this truly my desire, or something I think I should want?”

Notice your body as you consider both possibilities.
A true desire may create a different physical response — more aliveness, expansion, energy, curiosity, or inner clarity.

Now imagine the desired experience already being part of your life.
Don't focus only on the picture.
Notice who you are in that reality.
How do you breathe?
How do you stand?
How do you feel?

Place two fingers gently over the center of your chest.

Silently say:
“I know what I am choosing.”
Your Body Anchor
Two fingers to the chest + one slow breath.

Bring It Into Life
Use this anchor whenever you become distracted by other people's expectations or by too many competing desires.

Return to this practice whenever you want to reconnect with this intention.
