COMPASS PATH
Choose Your Direction
Practice — From Wish to Direction · 4 minutes
Look at the compass and the path in your mandala.
Bring your wish to mind.

Instead of focusing on how far away it seems, ask:
“In which direction does this wish ask me to move?”

Perhaps toward learning.
Visibility.
Connection.
Creating.
Saving.
Leaving.
Speaking.
Beginning.

Choose the direction before trying to see the entire route.
Now look straight ahead and imagine a point in front of you representing that direction.

Ask yourself:
“What is one action I can take within the next 24 hours?”

Make it concrete.
Not “work on my project.”
But:
“Write the message.”
“Publish the page.”
“Make the call.”
“Research three options.”
“Set aside the money.”
Choose one.

Take one deliberate step forward.

Silently say:
“I do not need to see the whole path.
I need to know my direction
and take the next step.”

Pause and notice how that feels in your body.
Your Body Anchor
Eyes forward + upright posture + one deliberate step.

Bring It Into Life
Whenever your wish feels distant or overwhelming, return to one question:
“What is the next step in the right direction?”

Return to this practice whenever you want to reconnect with this intention.
