GOLDEN LOTUS
Open to Receive
Practice — I Allow Myself to Receive · 3 minutes
Look at the center of the mandala and take a slow breath in.
As you exhale, soften your shoulders, jaw, and belly.
For a moment, notice how you usually react when something good comes toward you — money, support, appreciation, an opportunity, or a gift.

Do you open to it?
Or do you tense, minimize it, question it, or feel that you need to earn it first?

There is nothing to change right now. Just notice.
Bring your attention to your chest and solar plexus.
With each breath, imagine creating a little more space inside your body.

Silently say:
“I allow myself to receive.
I allow good things to reach me.
I can receive without guilt or tension.”

Now turn both palms upward and let them rest comfortably.
Stay like this for three slow breaths.
Notice the physical experience of openness.
Your Body Anchor
Open palms + relaxed shoulders + one slow breath.

Bring It Into Life
Use this anchor when someone offers you help, when you receive money or appreciation, when you name your price, or when a new opportunity appears.

Then ask yourself:
“What am I willing to receive today?”

Return to this practice whenever you want to reconnect with this intention.
