Look at the open doors in the mandala.
Think about one area of your life where something new wants to begin.
Stand up if you can.
Imagine a line on the floor in front of you.
Behind the line is what has already been.
In front of it is what you are choosing to enter.
Before moving, ask yourself:
“What am I ready to leave behind?”
Don't make a long list.
Choose one thing — a habit, an old decision, a role, a fear, or a familiar way of responding.
Take a slow breath out.
Now ask:
“What am I choosing instead?”
Find one clear answer.
Straighten your spine.
Take one deliberate step across the imaginary line.
Stop.
Feel both feet on the floor.
Notice what changes in your body when the decision becomes physical.
Silently say:
“The old can be complete.
I choose the new.
I move forward.”
