SOUL CONNECTION
Close & Whole
Practice — Me · You · Us · 4 minutes
Feel both feet on the ground.
Place one hand over your chest and bring your attention back to yourself.

Silently say:
“I am here.”

Notice your body, your feelings, your needs, and your boundaries.
Now extend your other hand slightly forward.
Imagine another person in front of you.

Silently say:
“You are there.”

Notice the space between you.
Not distance.
Not merging.
Connection.

Now hold awareness of both of you at the same time.
You exist.
The other person exists.
And connection can exist between you.
Bring your hands gently together.

Silently say:
“I can love and remain myself.
I can be close without disappearing.
There is room for both of us.”

Take three slow breaths.
Your Body Anchor
Hand to your heart → hand forward → hands together.

Bring It Into Life
Use this anchor before an important conversation, when setting a boundary, when asking for something you need, or when you notice yourself adapting too much in order to preserve connection.

Ask yourself:
“What would closeness with self-respect look like right now?”

Return to this practice whenever you want to reconnect with this intention.
